HOW TO BOOK AND WHAT TO EXPECT
- Book online
Please complete the booking form below. We ask for your contact details as well as a description of your pet’s condition.
Appointments booked online may be taken 48 hours in advance. If you need an earlier appointment, please call us.
In the case of an immediate emergency, we may advise you to contact an emergency clinic.
- Confirmation
Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
You may change the booking time and date. In order to allow our vets to plan their visit, please do so at least 6 hours prior to your appointment time. Appointments cancelled later than 6 hours are subject to a fee of €25.
There may be a delay in arriving at your home, for example, due to traffic. In some cases we may need to change the appointment date and time. Please remain available in case the vet needs to contact you about their arrival time.
If you need to contact our vet on the day of their visit, call us on 020 2611531 or send us a WhatsApp message at 06 42316058.
For non immediate queries, please send us an email to info@homevet.nl.
- The consultation
If you have an anxious pet, we kindly request that you isolate them in a room. For safety reasons, we may also need your assistance in manipulating your pet.
Please prepare your pet’s medical file and list of medication prior to our visit.
At the end of the consultation we will send you a payment link (Tikkie). Please be aware that payment is due immediately. Cash payments are also possible.
If you wish to pay by credit card, please let the vet know, and we will provide you with further instructions.
